Welcome to Iona connect
Iona Connect is Iona's online community platform for social and professional networking.
Iona Connect is our online social and business networking hub. It is designed to bring Old Girls, students, parents, and friends of the College closer together, to provide ways to reconnect and stay in touch and to build a supportive life-long community. Another major part of our work is to raise funds to ensure we continue to deliver amazing opportunities and education to our students.
IONA OLD GIRLS' ASSOCIATION CENTENARY
1924 - 2024
Thank you, Iona Old Girls, for making the IOGA Centenary memorable!
Over the weekend of 20 to 22 September more than 300 Old Girls came back to school to celebrate the Iona Old Girls' Association's Centenary with a Cocktail Party at The Blyth, school tours, decade-group photos, a presentation on the future of St Martin's, a Long Lunch in the dining room and Posh Picnic in the sunshine.
The celebrations concluded with a very special Sunday chapel service, the first Iona rose being planted in the school garden and the cutting of the Centenary cake.
Opportunities to Get Involved
We are creating a highly engaged and social network, because everyone who joins Iona Connect has a shared affection for Iona College. We are here to help you find peers and develop your network of old school friends, hear about events and reunions, reminisce about your time at Iona College, access our business directory (to be launched early 2024) and update your details and bio. We welcome your support through career advice, guidance and mentoring opportunities for our students and your contribution to the continuous development of Iona College.
'As I reflect on my years at Iona, I believe its instruction was of the highest caliber, and it equipped its girls to live interesting and significant lives anywhere in the world.'
Edith Battan (Astall), 1932-1934
'To be an Iona Girl is to be an active member of her community, an innovator, a creator and a team player.'
Imogen Hosford, 2019-2023
